Refund policy

At Ellesh Couture, 100% satisfaction is our goal. However, should you not be satisfied with the product you have received, you have 5 days to return your item(s) to be granted a STORE CREDIT. We do NOT issue refunds or exchanges. 

All returns will be processed as store credits, and the funds will be available for you to use at your leisure.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

All accessories, permanently marked down items, and items sold at more than a 25% discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  Please note that if you purchase an item at a discounted rate and return the item, the discount cannot be transferred to your next purchase.  All sale codes are ONLY VALID during the time of the sale.  (This includes the VIP discount offered in first purchases.)

If a customer attempts to return items that are final sale without approval, we will NOT honor the return, issue a credit or refund, nor will the item be returned to the customer. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If your return is accepted you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you are responsible for your return shipping label and fees.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

NOTE: There is typically a delay in our mail delivery because of how it is forwarded, so please allow 7-21 business days for us to receive and returns. Please do not send emails asking if we received or processed your return if it is still within that timeframe.  As promised, when we receive your return, we will contact you with confirmation of your store credit.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers have 5 days to notify us of any damages or issues with products otherwise return will not be accepted.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Returns
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically receive a store credit towards future purchases within 10 business days.
